The biggest challenge I’ve had in building a targeted list is being able to offer something of VALUE for free to my list. There is a lot of junk out there and People these day’s are reluctant to opt-in because they are bombarded with emails and messages from so many places.

I have a list of Three hundred and thirty eight Real Estate Pros but I just kept collecting names and phone and emails over the last couple, or so, years. I’ve never been able to drive traffic. I haven’t devoted enough time and effort to it, tho’. The business keeps me so busy I can’t find the time. I have been grabbing every method that comes across my radar so I’m about ready to put it all to work. I may have cracked the, getting sellers problem so soon I’m going to need alot of retail buyers. I’m working Lease/Option. I have a whale REO broker who keeps sending me listings but I’m afraid my list won’t payoff so I’m afraid ot make offers. I can’t afford to pay cash and I can’t affor to loose my EMD either.
Derron – Put an ad on Craigslist and Backpages with a link to your website or just your phone number – say something like “I can buy your house in 48 hours or less” get the phone ringing and TALK to people… when they ask “48 Hours” say Yes Mam, after I get that there is a clear title from the title company I can close in 48 hours… at my offered price… GET the Phone Ringing!
For what service Greg? – Start with Friends etc.. on Facebook – Look for Forums that talk about what YOU like to discuss… then help people Solve Their Problems….

Learning how to build a squeeze page and setting up a contact list and autoresponders. Not at all sure how to use Facebook, Twitter, etc in building a list and supplying content to that list.
My list building comes from responses to CL ads that have a squeeze page. My problem is that they keep putting in wrong numbers and won’t answer the emails that I send to them. These are mostly for rent to own options for housing. I’m not sure what good the leads do me when I can’t get them to respond to me.
I’ve been extremely blessed to have Investors that’s been with me over ten (10) years and didn’t need a website of acquiring Investors, but time’s have changed and exchanged ideas of reaching Investor (U.S. / INTERNATIONAL) through a website particular geared utilizing Social Media as main component.
Anyways, been reading your literature for about three (3) years now and I’m seriously ready to buckle down and make real money!

I am a novice at this. I am always conflicted about what to do with a new entry when I get it, how to turn it into a good lead, to keep them coming back for more, to keep providing good content to build that relationship.
